And we all know that there’s no such thing as a perfect person, but there are definitely little things you can do to help you get your shit together.
Maybe you meal prep on a Sunday so you’re planned for the week ahead and don’t have to find food last minute.
Perhaps you put your phone on Do Not Disturb every night before bed so you get an uninterrupted sleep.
